Step 1
Consultation
The first step is a complimentary meeting at your home to discuss your vision and goals for your project, see your space and explain how JP Architect can be the right architect for you.
If our goals align, an Architectural Agreement will be presented outlining our list of deliverables with associated fees.
Once approved, we take detailed notes, measurements and photograph the existing site and/or building conditions to use as a basis for design documents.
Step 2
Project Design & Development
With existing conditions documented, we analyze ICF Feasibility and outline a Budget Strategy that meets your goals and expectations. Together, you and our team, develop an integrated architectural design making thoughtful decisions to customize your specific project.
This stage ensures clear, constructible drawings that are builder ready and reduce risk and friction during construction.
Step 3
Completion
Once the best contractor is selected for your project, on-site meetings are held to ensure your project is being constructed on schedule and according to the builder documents aligning with your vision.
During construction, JP Architect remains involved to manage adjustments to the design while ensuring your vision is met until you’re enjoying your new space.
